Voices of Diabetes

This is not a happy story about diabetes. My situation is not uncommon with a lot of working Americans. I have health insurance, but I pay 100% of the premium each month because my job does not offer insurance. My co-pays on my medications are so expensive that I can't afford to have them filled. And, I make too much money to get them for free.

So, my question is: how can a person cope with diabetes when one can't afford the medication needed to fight this disease?
