Voices of Diabetes

The best thing I ever did with respect to diabetes was to go on insulin via injections. I was scared beyond phobia of needles. I avoided moving from oral medication to injections for several years. My first time injecting, I sat in the parking lot of my pharmacy for over 2 hours, trying to get the nerve up to take my insulin. It was the best thing I have ever done. I should have gone to insulin as soon as it was suggested to me by my physician.

If you are in fear, take my advice, try it. You will be healthier for it, and it is no big deal at all.
