Voices of Diabetes

My name is Michael. I'm 29 years old. I live in Myrtle Beach, and I am a chef.

When I found out that I had diabetes, I was scared--but I got over it. Now I'm trying to cope with staying on course. It is harder than I thought! I work about 12 to 15 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week. My health is not as good as it should be, and I am having a hard time trying to get it there.

I need help. Please, can someone help me?
