Voices of Diabetes

I have been working 2 mornings and 2 nights a week. They are 10-hour shifts. This rough situation has forced me to monitor my blood sugar (glucose), take care of my heart, and eat better.

I have been surviving a month or 2 without giving up. There are many times that I wanted to. I actually feel strong enough to deal with sleeplessness and running a rough schedule, while still being able to cope with diabetes.
