Voices of Diabetes

What I did was find an exercise buddy - and not just a person - her dog, too!  I meet my friend Patty every morning, and we walk her dog. That way, if we "poop out," so to speak, we're not just letting ourselves or each other down. We've got those big doggie eyes to do their best to make us feel really guilty about it! :)
