Voices of Diabetes

I am 26 and I have had diabetes for two years. I have cut back on food intake and have been eating low-fat and sugar-free foods. I have a good job, but it doesn't offer health benefits. I cannot afford to pay for health insurance. My blood sugar levels are over 300 mg/dL when I wake up and reach over 500 when I eat. I usually go to the ER when I go over 600 mg/dL. Does anyone know where to find programs to help? I make too much money to qualify for government help.
