Voices Of Diabetes

Voices of Diabetes

Although my friends and family give me verbal support when I ask for it, how can they support me when I live alone? I know they all want me to live a healthy life by eating right and exercising but how can they do that? I really do feel alone in my battle with diabetes. I haven't found chat rooms to be very helpful in the past. Does anyone have ideas for support for someone who lives alone?  Are there support groups out there and where can I find them? I live in a large metropolitan area but don't know where to look for diabetes support groups. I also have an eating disorder (bingeing) and wonder if anyone else has this issue and how they cope with it?
