Voices of Diabetes

I just found out today that I have type 2 diabetes! Never thought I would hear those words. Pretty scary and has really opened my eyes! I started my workouts today and ate great all day. Want to learn as much as I can to live a happy and healthy life. I have a wonderful husband who is going to help motivate me in my workouts. Life is wonderful and I am going to do what I need to do to make it better!
