Voices of Diabetes

I have not been coping with diabetes lately, due to some serious troubles with flooding and losing our home this past June. Today, I’m going to try again. My blood sugar level of 312 is awful. I was thinking to myself, “it does not have to be this way.” I made an appointment with a new doctor and this always gives me encouragement to start again.

My husband and I were able to get a new house with a long flight of stairs that I will have to use everyday. It was expensive, so I call it our $80,000 exercise equipment. I also found a helpful meal planning guide on the Internet, so hopefully the next time I share my experiences, I will have better results.
