Voices of Diabetes

I was diagnosed with diabetes in 1994. I am 75 years old. The blood glucose levels given as typical examples are not my experience. My blood glucose bounces up and down.  What is good today doesn't work tomorrow. I am hypoglycemic at least once a day.  I can never "get it right." I can be more than 300 mg/dL at bedtime and 80 mg/dL or less in the morning. I test four to five times a day and see the doctor every three months. I have been seeing the same doctor for nearly nine years.  I am interested in hearing about others.
