It’s been 3 months since I found out I have type 2 diabetes. Doctor’s appointments, my first non-healing sore, my first trip to the eye doctor in 10 years... If it wasn't for my wife keeping me motivated, I would probably have lost my eyesight or my foot. The bottom line is: Don't try to do this alone! Keep your spouse involved!
